Sore Shoulder

One of the most frequent problem submitted to me as an orthopedist is shoulder pain. Different diagnosis can apply such as bursitis or tendonitis, rotator cuff tear, frozen shoulder, acromioclavicular problems and pain related to articular instability. Note that other issues can also infer pain in the shoulder, such as pathologies with cervical origins, so I invite you to use this information to better equip you with words when it comes to establishing a real dialog with your physician.

"Dr Cherif Tadros was very thorough in the pre-op, entire explaining the procedure. He was kind and caring. An absolutely wonderful experience!"

Rotator Cuff Exercises

When possible, I first suggest to patient to do what is called the conservative treatment for rotator cuff healing. That implies regular shoulder training.
